Sidney has a background as a Subcontract Senior Program Manager, Asset Acquisition and Procurement and Multi-Functional Domestic and International Facility Manager at Lockheed Martin (Heritage Loral and IBM Federal Systems) Corporation for over 33 years, Six Sigma Greenbelt/IFMA/NFM&T/ISM and NCMA (Inactive) and University of Maryland Global Campus graduate.
Allen DuBose
Allen has seventeen years of corporate performance in finance, marketing, and business operations with IBM, and DEC. Director of Business Operations, with responsibility for North and Central America, at satellite telephone start-up, Iridium LLC. Entrepreneurial and consulting experience with the Thomas Group, and (Inactive) Certified Financial Planner. Twenty-year career as a US Foreign Service Diplomat with the US Department of State; posted in Ecuador, Mexico, and the UAE. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The College of William & Mary, and MBA in finance from Atlanta University.
