We at Personal Pivot, LLC take ownership for providing expert level advisory services to our clients. Our commitment is to educate and empower our clients so they can make informed decisions that will enhance their well-being, or the health of their business, as they steer through challenges they might be facing for the first time in their lives.
We recognize that every person’s situation and unique, and their ability to implement our guidance varies. Since we are a boutique firm, we are able to personalize every interface with our clients as opposed to expecting the clients to comprehend volumes of charts, and endless numbers, delivered in reports that are padded with fluff in order to justify the costs of our services.

Sidney Clay
Sidney has over 35 years of domestic and international experience in various industries. His qualifications include being a Lockheed Martin (Heritage Loral and IBM Federal Systems) Certified Subcontract Program Manager, Asset Acquisition, Procurement, and Certified Facility Manager. He was also a Six Sigma Greenbelt and is a graduate of the University of Maryland University College.
Ten of those years were dedicated to five different leading-edge programs, including two DoD projects. Additionally, Sidney spent four years in Business Development focusing on emerging markets such as Healthcare. Sidney core skills encompass Project Management, Methodologies and Standards, and Supply Chain Development and Management.
Allen DuBose
Allen has seventeen years of corporate performance in finance, marketing, and business operations with IBM, and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). He was a Director of Business Operations at satellite telephone start-up, Iridium LLC, with responsibility for North and Central America. Additionally, Allen was an entrepreneur; consulting to small businesses, and a corporate operations management improvement consultant with the Thomas Group, Inc.

After his private sector career, Allen served as a US Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State for more than twenty years. Besides being posted in Ecuador, Mexico, and the United Arab Emirates, he served in the Department's Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, and as a Diplomat in Residence at Spelman College.
Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from The College of William & Mary, and an MBA with a concentration in finance from Atlanta University.
